Does she applied H1b? Does she have AP? If her H1b was denied, she can't come back to US unless she has AP. She has to go back to China directly from Canada and try to apply visa in China again. That won't affect her hu*****and's immigration application. If she tries to get in US without proper document or visa, that will be a huge problem.
