I only sent copies of

marriage certificate. Just copies by copy machine. My understanding is even you send everything in one package, they may devide different application to different people for review. So you should send more than one copy. Plus remember there will NOT be a penalty for sending excessive documents. But if you don't send enough, they will return them.
