This notice only means the result of your finger print was received in USCIS. The security and background check just start form the day when this message shows on USCIS's website, this information is never update until you get your I485 approved. They do not process your case until they receive the result from FBI, they won't stamp on your passport even you pass the interview.

I got this notice on Aug 30, 04, pass the interview on Nov 1st, but my I485 is still pending. I wish they can approve it before the Chinese New year. Just a wish, who knows! Big headache!
