EB3 and PD

EB3 is
1. employment-based
2. BS degree and two years experince

PD: Priority Date. The date you file LC. If you do not file LC then the date that you file 140

So if you in EB3 category and PD is later than 2002/01/01
You can not file 485 after 12/30/2004. No 131 and 765 also
