I think your case is the notarized doc that prove when and where you were born and who is your parents

My case is that
他们没让我补BIRTH CERTIFCATE,BUT, 让补户口, 请问 你们有交过户口及公证吗?
and my status on 户口 is not updated. it is left blank because old one was replaced by the new one
