I have similar problems. I moved to the US 3 years ago and now I am planning to go back to apply H4 in Beijing. When I look at DS 156, I have several questions:
1. Name of current employer: Since I has resigned, do I just leave this Blank;
2. Hong long do you intend to stay: I think I will stay here, waiting for GC, (we have submitted immigration petition, it will be indicated in DS156, too), do I still say "three months", or longer period?
