CPA applies for GC

I am working in a CPA firm as an accountant. I am a CPA with Master's degree. Is it easy for me to apply for green card? I heard that by RIR LC, my employer should post ad for my position, but I have never heard any accountant got green card in that way. BTW,I have two years' experience.
