I am working as a postdoctor in a school. I let one attorney evulate my case for my GC. He would like to help me through RIR. My present professor would like to support me no matter what he can do for this. While, when I let him draft the ad for me, he told me he just can provide me one postdoctral research associate position. Obviously, this is not permanent job. Is my case ok for RIR? Now, I think that attorney must be wrong with it. Thanks!
