Go to Mexico for visa

Hello, everybody:

I plan to go to Mexico to apply for visa (H1) recently. Does anybody know the detailed procedure about this? For example, how to make an appointment, how long will it take to make the appointment, what material should I prepare for the application et al. thanks a lot.
