I got RFE for both I140 and I485 on 12/19/2004.

RFE for I140: accept EB2, or provide evidence of my Bachelor degree got in China matching that of in USA. (I have a master degree in USA, but filed EB3 because of job Ads)

RFE for 485: personal income tax return 1040 on 2001, 2002.

Any idea and comment on my case? Thanks.

I filed concurrent I140/485 on March 2004. CA.
