My situation is the same as you. I paid $136 for my case number and got it. But when my material was sent to DOS this March, they changed their fee to $230 already. But I was not asked to pay extra. I think you should be fine. A number was already assigned to you. Don't worry. If they need you to pay more, they'll let you know.
