B Visa in ChengDu

Both my parents-in-law were rejected B visa in ChengDu. They have come to US and stayed for 10 months. We extended they stay for them.

One of the reasons of rejecting visa is because they extended their stay. That sounded so ridiculous.

Are there anyone's parents recently getting B Visa from ChengDu? I am so frustrated and I am ready to ask my parents to give a try. And they have extended their stay in US too.
