My 140/485 was filed on 5/15/2004 concurrently, approved on 7/15/2004, right 2 months. Now I already got my green card. I am in CSC

Also, my lawyer filed EAD, AP at the same time as my 485, they were rejected after 485/140 approved, you know the reason.

However, my LCA application took 2 years (from 2001.9 to 2003.12) to be approved, I am in EB2 case.
