请问父母在广州绿卡面试所需要的材料里有一项是：

法院及监狱记录公证书原件。

父母申请时有无犯罪记录证明公证， 是不是带这个文件就可以了。

无犯罪记录证明时间期限吗？ 3个月或6个月过期？用当时申请使用的就好，还是要去公证处重新开一份. 非常感谢您的回答!

-The police clearance certificate (无犯罪记录证明) is valid for two years from the issued date based on the US Consulate in Guangzhou. So, if yours was issued less than two years by the date you are interviewed for the immigrant visa application, you do not need to get  a new one.
