我和太太在中国出生，目前都是加拿大公民。太太持TN在美国工作已经20多年。我以前也是TN,但最近几年转为TD。儿子在美国出生，刚满21岁，准备帮我们申请依亲绿卡。目前我们都住在美国Texas州。有几个关于I-130和I-485表格的问题想请教各位老师：

1. 几乎所有表格上都有(if any)的项目，例如：Alien Registration Number (A-Number)(if any)，或者Other Names Used(if any)。这些项目都不适用我。是填N/A还是留空(leave it blank)？

2. I-130,Part 2,Item 28,29:Parent's City of Residence & Country of Residence

-Fill the city and state you are currently living (i.e., the city in Texas).

父母(beneficiaries)现在都住在美国Texas州。是填父母在Texas州的城市和美国，还是父母20几年前在加拿大的城市和加拿大，还是父母30几年前在中国的城市和中国？

3. I-130,Part 4,Items 57a-58f:Information About Beneficiary

-57a, 57b, (Name in Native Script): Type or write your surname (57a), given name (57b) in Chinese characters. Leave 57c blank if you do not have middle name.

不理解57a-58f的意思。父母(beneficiaries)现在都住在美国Texas州。这一段是要用汉字填写父母在中国的地址，还是用汉语拼音填写父母在加拿大的地址，还是不填写这一段?

58a: Street Number and Name

58b: Apartment, Suite, Floor, or Unit

58c: City or Town

58d: Province

58e: Postal Code

?4，I-485,Part 6,Item 11-18:Information About Prior Marriages(if any)

父亲(beneficiary)于1995年在中国结婚，于1999年在中国离婚。父亲然后在美国再婚(current marriage)。

A.父亲需要填写Item 11-18吗？

B.父亲需要提供在中国结婚和离婚的公证证明吗？

-Do you mean it is your kid's father who files I-485 under your kid's I-130? If yes, then the father needs to fill in Item 11-18 and provide the copies of all the marriage certificates and divorce certificate.
