女儿在13岁时和我们大人一起取得十年绿卡，将于27年3月到期，本来打算今年9月份以后进行renew。最近看renew绿卡的相关规定，发现对于在14岁前取得绿卡的小孩，法律要求在满14岁的前30天内就进行绿卡更换，但我们一直不知道有这事，现在女儿都22岁了。请问8老师：

1）这种没有按要求在满14岁时renew绿卡的情况对将来女儿renew绿卡或申请公民有负面影响吗？

算不算违法行为？

2）目前是尽快让女儿提交绿卡renew材料（距绿卡过期还有约一年）弥补一下以前的失误，还是再等6个月到绿卡过期前的6个月内再提交材料进行绿卡renew？

-File I-90 to renew the green card as soon as possible and pay the full filing fee. If your child filed I-90 within 30 days of her 14th birthday, then she did not need to pay the I-90 filing fee.

By the way, don't travel abroad until getting the renewed green card!!
