-No. When her TN I-94 expires, she has to leave US unless her TN extension application is filed before the I-94 expires.

我们住在美国，想让孩子和我们多呆些日子。

-If her employer do not extend her TN status, she may file I-539 to apply for change of status from TN to B2 before TN I-94 expires. Thus, she can stay in US for a while.
