因为工作关系要在海外呆可能要超过6个月，想申请回美证。 

I-131表里有一栏， 问上次的回美证什么时候颁发，什么时候到期。

是2020年颁发的， 具体日期忘记了，早就过期。 回美证放在国内的家里， 家里也没有人住。

无法找到准确的颁发日期和到期的日期。

该怎么填写呢？
