Thank you very much, 田铭! I will file another I-485 very soon. Actually we have sent a motion to the INS to indicate the approval of my NIW petition, but failed to ask for the transfer. The OR notice was sent out on Nov 15, 2003. I wonder how long it takes for the INS to correlate it with the I-485, which my EAD card is based on. I noticed my I485 was transferred to NYC local office on Nov 30. If this is the very reason why my I485 was transferred? But the transferred notice, indicated"... preliminary process has been completed...” is this anything positive?
