8老师， 2021年，我在入籍时脑袋进水，在名字里加了一个中间名，姓和名没变。现在想给家人办理亲属移民，但出生证明上没有这个中间名，请问我是不是应该补办一个改姓名的court order?

If no, you may go to the local court to see whether you can get it there. Then, provde the copy of the name change certificate with your immigration petition filing.

还是可以通过公证做一个affidavit of identify, 证明这俩名是同一个人？
