我的h4 visa 今年10月开始生效，我现在人在美国，10月之前，我用o3 visa。我打算10月从美国回中国，我是加拿大公民，我回国期间，我老公持h1b在美工作，我老公在同一份工作中，从 TN换到 o1然后要换到 hib。
问题是如下:
1 ，10月之后，从中国回来美国时，我怎么激活我的h4 visa?
2，我需要什么文件证明，我是10月1日之后从美国离开的?
3，我的理解是，10月我出美国时，我的h4自动激活，然后我持h4+i-797+ 护照进入美国，正常出入关，不需要特别办理其他事，对吗?
-You need to bring your Canadian passport, your marriage certificate, your spouse's H-1B Approval Notice, his employment verfication letter from his employer and his latest 3-month paycheck stubs. Then, get the H-4 I-94 at the port of entry when you return.
You do not need the H-4 approval notice which is void when you leave US.
4，我注意到中国公民需要h1b stamp,加拿大公民不需要对吗？
