老公是主申请人，i-140加快办理通过了，现在在等485排期，可能还要等两年。
我因为与女儿(成人了)，有争执，孩子叫警察，之后我被逮扑。我被offense charged (also specify status number) disorderly conduct。
事件的第二天，女儿打电话给相关部门，希望drop case;法庭协调部门说要给我dismissed with diversionary programs;我没有接受，告诉协调部门，我希望找律师咨询，法庭协调部我要下周带律师过去。
1,如果我未来和法庭协商，能drop case,这种情况对我移民通过的影响?
2，如果我dismissed with diversionary programs，with no guilty, 这种情况对移民的影响?

- If the Case Isn’t Dropped: If the state attorney chooses to move forward with the case, since this is a first time offense, they will usually offer a diversion program (like counseling, classes, or community service). If the offender completes the program successfully and doesn’t receive any new charges during that time, there will be no conviction, and their criminal record will remain clean. However, if the offender doesn’t complete the program properly or gets another charge, then a conviction will go on their record.
