前些年身份黑了，后来和公民结婚，现在130 已经获批了。

因为开了自己的公司，由于自己的无知，我拿过W2。而且还报了税。那等于就是板上钉钉的非法打工。

现在要填485了，该如何应对呢？ 

-If you entered US with a valid visa such as F-1, B-2, you will be fine. Because your spouse is a US citizen who sponsored you green card, your illegal work will not affect your I-485 approval.
