请教8老师，有过非法打工记录，现在要file 485

前些年身份黑了，后来和公民结婚，现在130 已经获批了。

因为开了自己的公司，由于自己的无知，我拿过W2。而且还报了税。那等于就是板上钉钉的非法打工。

现在要填485了，该如何应对呢？
