第三个问题是如果现在就需要离开美国去中国住两年的话，人在境外是不是就不可以申请绿卡延期？

-Yes, I-90 can be filed online while temporarily abroad if the green card will expire within 6 months. But if the USCIS send you fingerprinting appointment, you must return to US to conduct it. 

即使他离开之前申请了回美证，两年以后用过期的绿卡也不可以入境，不知道我理解的对不对？

-Yes, you can return to US by bringing the valid reentry permit and the expired 10-year green card.

现在申请回美证，打指纹后立即去中国，7月初网上延期绿卡（只能提前半年），2年以后入境，这样可以吗？谢谢 ！
