If I wait for joint sponsor mail his files to me, then mail out together with I290B, we may fail to meet I290B filing expiration date. 

The I485 denial letter was mailed out on 12/18/24, but got it on 1/2/25. The letter informed we only have 33 days to file I290B from the letter date, so it is quite scatching, as the joint sponsor is at west coast, we are at MI.
