请问前两天网上查询131-表申请状态，今天看是换到第四步 case decision， estimated time until case decision 怎么从4个月变成10个月，1-485表也显示在最后一步 即case decision， estimated time until decision 是12个月. 这是给父母申办绿卡，没有接到第三步面试通知。请问这是指还要再等10个月， 1-131表才能批吗？老人有些事想回国。谢谢。
