SB1签证被拒绝后，申请回美是在申请一次SB1还是申请B2签证好？

-Don't waste your money and time to apply for the SB-1 again. Just abandon the green card and apply for the B2 visa as I suggested to you in your previous post.

另外问一下SB1签证被拒后，会不会影响B2签证？

-Normally no.
