父母现在B2 过来，我网上给他们申请加拿大签证，打算拿到后去加拿大玩几天然后回来美国，开车来回。请问回来美国时会有问题吗？

-Fine. If they get the new I-94, then they had better wait for 90 days to apply for green card from the date they return to US from Canada. If they do not get the new I-94, then they can apply for green card after 90 days from the date they entered US from China.

B2 签证当然还没过期。 当然这个旅游要在给他们申请绿卡前完成。
