给父母10+年前办过绿卡，拿到了，后来好几年不来了，然后要来就只好填那个表放弃了绿卡，又办了10年签证。用这签证现在是第二次来了。如果现在又想办绿卡了，请问是完全当作新的和第一次一样从头办起呢？

-Yes. Do exact same thing as the first green card application. They had better wait for 90 days from the date they entered US using B2 visa, and then you can sponsor their green card.

还是有什么办法可以把原来放弃的绿卡再恢复？

-No.

另外这样第二次办成的几率大吗？

-Yes.
