尊敬的八老师，
有朋友推荐我到此网站向您请教。
我于2020年8月27日因婚姻获得绿卡，婚姻持续期间生育二孩。但在2024年2月20日，我们的婚姻结束。 婚姻期间我没打算加入美国籍。 离婚后，我在2024年4月1 日 递交了N-400表。USCIS 拒绝了我的入籍申请。 USCIS 的拒绝信中说：” If you believe that you can overcome the ground, you may submit a request for a hearing on Form N-336, request for a hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings, within 30 calendar days of service of the decision…” 请问，我是否应该递交N-336 表？
-Yes. You had better go for the hearing to justify your qualification if you think you are qualified.
我是否要去移民法庭？这过程复杂吗？ 我是否需要律师？
-You can re-file N-400 after you have got the green card for 5 years (from the date you got the conditional green card).
