父母移民体验，他们在国内打过疫苗，但是移民体验要求打美国疫苗，如果打，只打第一针吗？主要是父母年纪大了有点担心。

-Ask the doctor who conducts the physical exam. Your parents may request the vaccine waiver if it will result in their health problem. Discuss it with the doctor, anyway.
