尊敬的8老师，
请原谅我的迟钝。 我有些困惑。
我的理解是：
我的孩子先file I-130, 待他收到USCIS 的Recipt Notice后，我再写信告知 the Receipt#s (case#) for I-130，I-140 and the I-485 去要求interfiling。对吗？
