请问8老师I-130 问题

我是美国公民申请已婚成年的儿子全家移民，priority date is January 27, 2022, receipt date is January 25, 2022. 我的大孙子今年20岁，申请的时候只有18岁。我的问题是：

1，等候移民要8年，到时我的大孙子会age-out 吗？

2，我儿子现在离婚了，我需要改I-130 为单身成年的亲属移民吗？是不是排期会快一点?

3, 什么时候需要 file DS 260? 大使馆会通知我们吗？
