请教F4移民

请教8老师，我申请姐姐一家移民，2021年的时候在网上付了他们一家三口的签证申请费，也在网上上传了所有的公证书，担保书什么的，现在收到邮件去广州领事馆面试，但是孩子的名字不在上面了，猜想可能是因为又等了三年超龄了。可是当初付签证费和文件的时候有孩子的名字，现在有什么补救措施吗？能有什么办法把孩子的名字加入面试吗？谢谢谢谢
