我有一份之前公司的 EB2 I-140 approval (PD 5/2020)，新公司的 PERM 刚刚完成，正准备提交新的 EB2 I-140。当前表A EB2 排期 2/2020, EB3 的排期 9/2020，表B好几个月没有移动了。如果想早日拿回美证，您觉得有必要在新的 I-140 approve后降级到 EB2 吗？
-The 排期 changes from time to time. Talk to your employer and the lawyer whether they can file a new EB3 PERM or change EB2 PERM to EB3 now. If yes, then that will be good. If no, then you have to wait for the new EB2 I-140 approval and then, do downgrade I-140. Discuss it with your lawyer and employer.
