请教8老师，我跟老公是公民，有俩娃，现在给公婆申请绿卡。我们夫妻联合报税，我们分别有w2，老公自己的income足够担保公婆，请问这种情况，老公申请i864；还是老公I864，我需要填I864a？

-If your spouse only uses his income to sponsor his parents, he just files I-864 and you do not need to file I-864A.
