父母的case有在National Benefit Center的么？要三年多？

去年夏天帮父母寄出的130 485 concurrent 申请，一直以为在家附近的Processing Center，今天早上打电话才知道去年一个月收到后就被USCIS送到National Processing Center去了，现在130要三年多才能办好？！问题是老人现在已经有EAD工卡和SSN，但是485和AP都和130一样pending，请问有没有加速的办法？除了用USCIS网上说的原因expedite和找议员，还有没有什么办法？谢谢！
