我哥哥2015年1月给我file 130，到现在还没有approve.130 表格中填了我作为他妹妹和我孩子的信息。孩子2015年是12岁，还有一个月就21岁了。

1. 这种情况下，如果排期到来时，孩子可以和家长同时file staus of change 吗？

-Depends on the kid's CSPA age. Becauase the I-130 pending is more than 9 years now, your kid probably will be qualifed for immigration with you.

目前我和孩子都在美国上学，F1。

2. 孩子收cspa保护吗？

-Yes.

如果可以，什么时候申请保护？要file 什么form?

-Just calculate the kid's CSPA age when the priority date is current. If your kid's CSPA age is less than 21, just file I-485 if the kid is present physically in US at that time or file DS 260 application for the immigrant visa in China if the kid is present in China. That is all.
