母亲去年9月持B2来美，3个月后我在网上提交130表，几天后提交485和131，没有提交765。2月份打了指纹。现在母亲的I-94已经过期，B2 visa stamp还没过期，131和485都没动静。现在准备提交765。

-Will your mother work in US? If no, she does  not need to apply for EAD. Her I-94 expiration does not matter anymore (not affect I-485 approval).

是填B2还是I-485 Pending？或是别的什么？

-Just put "Adjustment of Status".

这儿应该填c9，对吧？

-Correct.

另外，想问您，通常这种情况还需要再打指纹吗？
