父母刚刚移民到美， 可以马上给在美读书的成年子女申请绿卡吗？

-Yes.

有什么要求吗？

-The kid must keep single (not married) until getting green card or until the parent becomes a US citizen.

可以自己申请吗？

-Yes. The parent can file I-130 now.
