Call USCIS at 800-375-5283 (M-F 8am-8pm Eastern)

I got through immediately by saying the following.

  1. Reschedule interview.

  2. Interview.

  3. I do not have my receipt.

  4. No, thank you.

  5. <You will be asked if they can help with anything else>

  6. Reschedule interview.

  7. Interview.

  8. <You will be put through>

 

我是周三6pm 打进去的，完全按照上面一步一步说的，给转了live agent, waiting time 4 分钟。
