请问8老师和各位老师，父母去年12月递交申请130，485，131，765.

ead和ssn已经拿到。但是130和AP还需要3个月。他们需要回国处理一些事情。请问现在能否把130和485 转到国内处理。这样不至于作废。

-No. Your parents need to have approved AP to travel. They may ask USCIS to conduct expedited processing for the pending I-131. If they are experiencing an extremely urgent situation, they may request an emergency advance parole appointment at your local field office.

Anther choice is that they give up the I-485 and then, you file I-824 to transfer the I-130 to NVC for precessing for them to apply for the immigrant visa in China after the I-130 is approved. Of course, this will cost more money and take more time.
