我打算2月底帮父亲递交I-485, 其中864 要求most recent tax return, 这样是不是需要2023的return ？

-You had better provide the copy of 2023 tax return and W2. If you provide the one of 2022, USCIS probably will send you RFE for the 2023.

我是不是只要把填好的1040 copy交上就行。

-It is the copy you filed to IRS. If you filed the teax return online, just print it out for I-864.

还有，现有864 版本已过期，USCIS官网上说可以用过期的，但我是否要特别说明？

因为从我们准备到最终审批要很长时间，道时候我们肯定是用过期的版本，他们不会因为这个原因而拒绝吧 ？
