请教各位，给我妹一家几年前递交了I-130。但排期实在太长。外甥今年申请了这边的高中。他的F1签证能获批准吗？

-Your I-130 is irrelevant to the kid, but just related to his mother (your sister) only. So, the kid does not need to report/memtion your I-130 when he applies for F-1 visa.
