1. 我们住VA，可以去NJ或者NY去做移民体检吗？
2. 我妈妈身体不好不能打疫苗，国内医生开证明说处于免疫抑制状态不建议接种疫苗并且做了公正。现在只有2021年的中国三针covid还有一针肺炎疫苗。如果体检医生可以给apply waiver，移民局会批准waiver吗还是会收到申请表后仍然要求补齐疫苗？apply waiver会不会影响申请结果？
3. I693疫苗表page 12 Vaccination Record 最右边有几个column for “Blanket Waiver(s) to be Requested from USCIS (Not Medically Appropirate)", 分别是"not age-appropriate", "Contraindication", "Inssuficient Time Interval", 到时应该请医生选哪个选项？
4. I693疫苗表page 13, Part 10 Vaccination Record (continued)，Remarks (if needed, provide any comments, such as the reason for contranidication)是不是这里需要医生填为什么不能打疫苗？
这一页还有三个选项, 是不是应该选a?
a. Applicant completed vaccination requirements or may be eligible for blanket waivers as indicated above.
b. Applicant will request an individual waiver based on religious or moral convictions.
c. Applicant does not meet immunization requirements
