-Just say "No" and then, explain that the Family Planning (计划生育) is not the obstetrican and gynescologist's responsibility like your parents. Your parents are general gynecologist/obstetrican in the Gynecology/Obstetrics Department in the hospital ( 普通门诊妇产科医生), not surgeons, and their responsibilties are .......
