女儿寄的是我们2000年出国时办的出生公证复印件，这次女儿写了一封信说明这个出生公证符合 NVC

的要求，但是收到同样的信。

请问8老师问题出在哪里呢，这个出生公证我们一直用都没问题。谢谢老师！
