儿子和儿媳目前居住在美国，儿媳是美国公民。儿子刚递交的的绿卡申请被rejected, 理由是incorrect payment.

儿子的绿卡申请是用邮寄的，支票用的是私人支票按下图写的，附在申请材料和申请表一起寄出的。

Payment amount: $1760

Pay To The Order of: U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

-You should issue two checks: one is $1,225 for I-485 filing fee including the biometrics fee (i.e., $1,140 + $85); another check is $535 for I-130 filing fee.
