父母绿卡，打算130， 485 一起寄。请问如果今年12月31号前寄出所有材料，是不是就不用提供2023年Tax return呢？

-Right.

2023的W2都还没有。如果2014年1月1日后寄，是不是需要提供2023年的W2和tax return呢？

-You can file the application without the tax return and W2 of 2023 if you do not file the tax return yet. If USCIS ask you to provide it later, then you can provide at that time.
